Can I expect abroad internships in trainee program?
International internships aren’t a standard parts of trainee program. But it doesn’t mean that our employees do not get to foreign branches. In the context of Europe-wide or global projects many employees migrate between branches all around the world.
What is the difference between trainee program and normal position?
The main difference is in rotation over the departments. Trainee works on 3 or 4 department within the one year program. This gives the opportunity to comprehensive personal development through knowledge of processes and relationships. Above all the trainee gets many contact across the company, that he/she would gained in several years in normal position.
Do I need to have an experience?
Due to character and purpose of trainee program is not working experience required on candidates. But every experience is considered as an advantage. Candidates can have some full-time working experience. This working experience should not been longer than two years.
When is the trainee program selection process announced?
Trainee program is announced two times a year. In the spring with commencement of employment in March and in autumn with commencement of employment in September.
What is an capacity of trainee program?
Capacity of trainee program is one candidate in one term i.e. two candidates per year. That is because we want to devote maximal care to every candidate.
How the selection process goes?
Trainee program selection process is similar as standard selection process. The process depends on the number of registered candidates. The first phase of selection process is screening of CVs which may be accompanied by a brief telephone interview. Next phase is interview with HR specialist and short testing of personal and professional requirements. Last phase of selecting process is interview with member of management board and manager of one of the department where the candidate will be assigned.

What is the trainee program participants’ salary?
Salary of trainee is comparable to any other positions for graduates. In additional trainees can exploit same benefits as any other Rhenus Logistics employee.
What type of contract is concluding with trainee?
Due to fixed duration of trainee program is concluded an employment contract with defined duration.
What should I expect after trainee program?
After successful completion of trainee program and mutual interest in cooperation will be offered a position corresponding to his qualification and interest to candidates.
